At Ximena Resort, your satisfaction is important to us. While all orders are fulfilled using cash on delivery, we understand that issues can arise. This Return and Refund Policy outlines when and how you may request a return, exchange, or refund.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or color preference
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order ID]”.
  2. Include your full name, phone number, delivery address, and clear photos of the item showing the issue.
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days to confirm if your request qualifies.

Return Process
If approved, we will schedule a return pickup where available. In locations where pickup is not possible, you may be asked to ship the item back to a designated address. Return instructions will be provided in the confirmation email.

Refund Process
Since we operate on cash on delivery, refunds are processed as follows:

  • If your return is approved, you may choose between:
    • A replacement item, or
  • Cash refunds are not issued under any circumstances due to the COD-only policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your item arrives visibly damaged or is not the item you ordered, please notify us immediately at [email protected] with photos and order details.

Late or Missing Return Approvals
If you have not received a response to your return request within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or follow up by emailing us again at [email protected].
